Aden, Dhu-AlQa'dah 11, 1438, August 03, 2017, SPA -- Yemeni army has made new advances in the western front of Taiz province, west of the country, following fierce fighting against the Houthi militias, it was reported here today. A Yemeni military source said that the army has tightened the grip over Al-Kadarah area, north of Al-Hamly area, affiliated to Muwazea directorate western Taiz. The army launched a wide-range attack supported by intensive artillery shelling against the militia sites north of Al-Hamly area, advancing towards the remaining area where the militias are stationed east of Al-Makha.
