During the session, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields. They also discussed the latest developments at the regional and international arenas. Following the session of talks, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques the President of Republic of Kazakhstan attended a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding and three agreements between the governments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The memorandum of understanding in the fields of agriculture and livestock was co-signed Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdurrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli and Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture Askar Myrzakhmetov. An agreement of cooperation in the field of peaceful uses of atomic energy was co-signed by President of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy Dr. Hashim bin Abdullah Yamani and Kazakhstan's Minister of Energy Kanat Bozumbayev.
