Beijing, Sha'ban 15, 1438, May 11, 2017, SPA -- Germany and China aim to join forces on development projects in Africa, taking "joint responsibility," Development Aid Minister Gerd Mueller said on Thursday, on setting up a German-Chinese center for sustainable development in Beijing. German expertise in occupational training and environmental and energy technology could help to promote economic development on the continent, he said.
