Jeddah, Dhu-AlHijjah 23, 1438, Sep 14, 2017, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has condemned the suicide attack in the capital city of Kabul on 13 September 2017 that killed at least 3 persons and injured 5 others. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen offered his deepest condolences to the families of the victims, Government and people of Afghanistan and wished quick recovery to the injured people.
