The council also condemned all terrorist organizations and groups such as "Daesh" terrorist organization due to their terrorist acts and crimes against Syrian civilians in the city of Halab and a number of Syrian areas, and called for bringing all those who participated and contributed to the brutal attacks against innocent citizens in Halab and other Syrian cities to the international justice. The Council also called upon the UN Security Council to assume its full responsibilities in maintaining peace and security, and to work on the implementation of UN Security Council resolutions No. 2254 and 2268 relating to cease-fire in all parts of Syria, and to take all necessary and appropriate measures to achieve this quickly.
