Abuja, Rabi'I 14, 1437, Dec 25, 2015, SPA -- At least six people burned to death after an explosion at an industrial gas plant in south-eastern Nigeria, dpa cited police as saying on Friday. The explosion took place in Nnewi, in Anambra state, at about noon on Thursday as a truck was discharging gas, witnesses told dpa. Police Commissioner Hosea Karma said six customers died and six were injured in the blast. The vice chairman of the Nigerian Red Cross in the state, Peter Kathy, said four bodies were taken to hospital.
