New Delhi, Ramadan 28, 1436, Jul 15, 2015, SPA -- The bodies of four policemen abducted by Maoist militants in central India were found Wednesday, dpa quoted officials as saying. The insurgents kidnapped the policemen in Chhattisgarh state's Bijapur district on Monday. Their bodies were found on a road near a forest, around 5 kilometres from the spot where they were abducted. "The Maoists murdered the policemen using sharp-edged weapons and threw the bodies on the road," senior police official Sukhnandan Rathore told reporters. "The rebels abducted two policemen after stopping a bus. They also stopped two policemen passing through the area on a motorcycle and abducted them as well," he added. Security forces launched a massive search operation to track the abducted policemen, but in vain. -- SPA 17:05 LOCAL TIME 14:05 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
