He pointed out that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is adhered to Islamic Sharia (law) which calls for preserving and protecting human rights, "the establishment of rule in the Kingdom is based on justice, consultation and equality," he added, stressing that the judiciary is in the forefront of state's institutions regarding protection of human rights. "The laws of the Kingdom provide independence of the judiciary to ensure fairness and equality and the right of litigation for all citizens and expatriates on its territory," Ambassador Faisal explained.
