Tropical depression moving west in the Pacific

MIAMI, Shawwal 21, 1436, August 06, 2015, SPA --A tropical depression moving west far out over the Pacific is expected to strengthen to a tropical storm, AP reported. The depression's maximum sustained winds early Thursday are near 35 mph (55 kph). The U.S. National Hurricane Center says the depression is expected to strengthen and become a tropical storm later in the day. The depression is centered about 1,550 miles (2,490 kilometers) west-southwest of the southern tip of Mexico's Baja California peninsula and is moving west near 12 mph (19 kph).
