Nigerian President sacks army, navy and air forces commanders for failure to wipe out Boko Haram

Abuja, Ramadan 27, 1436, Jul 14, 2015, SPA -- Nigerian President Mohammed Bukhari last night sacked his army, navy and air forces commanders for failure to wipe out Boko Haram militias. During his oath taking ceremony in May last, Bukhari pledged to eliminate the Boko Haram insurgency through his army, navy and air forces might. However, the recent period has witnessed semi daily explosions claimed by the terrorist organization in northern parts of Nigeria in addition to crossing the border to Chad and Niger, killing more than 250 persons.
