Beijing, Ramadan 15, 1436, July 02, 2015, SPA -- China has the second-highest rate of traffic fatalities in the world after India, according to the latest estimate from the World Health Organization, according to dpa. At least 200,000 people die in China from traffic collision-related accidents every year, according to the WHO. The WHO estimate is several times higher than the most recent available official death toll of 58,539 recorded in 2013, according to China's National Bureau of Statistics. The number of vehicles on the road in China has increased by 15 million cars each year for the past decade. Experts say unskilled drivers could be a factor in the high number of traffic accidents. --SPA 14:39 LOCAL TIME 11:39 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
