Makkah, Jumada I 4, 1436, Feb 23, 2015, SPA -- The Mufti of the Republic of Lebanon Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian has expressed thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his continued support for the issues of Muslims in the world, and support for their aspirations to spread the teachings of Islam. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he said: "It is at the heart of our Islamic and Arab duty to participate in the World Conference, organized by the Muslim World League (MWL) in Makkah, the capital of Islam and Muslims, at the invitation of the MWL Secretary General, stressing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the big sisterly Arab country which shoulders the causes and concerns of Muslims and Arabs.
