Egypt dispatches two helicopters, laden with necessary assistance, to Lebanon to cope with the repercussions of Beirut port explosion

Cairo, August 26, 2020, SPA -- Two Egyptian helicopters landed today at Rafiq Al-Hariri International airport, Beirut, the tenth within the Egyptian air bridge providing necessary assistance to Lebanon to cope with the repercussions of Beirut port explosion. To mark the occasion, Lieutenant General Tamer Al-Rufaee, Egypt's military spokesman, said in a statement, that the two planes, organized in cooperation with the Egyptian Red Crescent, are carrying big quantities of medial, medicines and food assistance, donated by a number of Egyptian charities to help the Lebanese people overcome the impacts of the explosion. --SPA 18:58 LOCAL TIME 15:58 GMT 0019 www.spa.gov.sa/w1398730
