KSrelief Masam project manages to dismantle 1616 land mines in Yemen in January 2020, reports

Riyadh, Jan. 31, 2020, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief)'s anti-land mines project (Masam) has successfully managed to dismantle as many as 1616 different types of land mines in Yemen during the fourth week of January 2020, it was reported here today. A statement issued by the authority concerned said Riyadh-based KSrelief was able to unearth and thwart six anti-personnel and 402 anti-tank land mines, eleven bombs, and 1197 unexploded ammunition, bringing to 1616 the number of mines dismantled during the fourth week of this month; and bringing to 125902 the total number of mines implanted by Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia in used lands, schools and homes in Yemen, according to which a great number of innocent children, women and elders went dead or lost human organs or suffered serious injuries.
