Riyadh, July 06, 2019, SPA -- Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, welcomed yesterday's agreement between the Transitional Military Council and the Forces for Freedom and Change in Sudan on the arrangements for the transitional period, describing it as a positive and important step that will open the way for Sudan to overcome the circumstances.
