Islamabad, Muharram 24, 1438, October 25, 2016, SPA -- Pakistan Ulema (religious scholars) Council (PUC) confirmed support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's determination to combat the Lebanese party of Hezbollah and its terrorist activities. Sheikh Taher Mahmoud Al-Ashrafi, President of PUCl said in a press release today that the position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards Hezbollah of Lebanon and other terrorist organizations is identical to that of the Islamic Umah (nation). He added that Hezbollah is a terrorist organization that receives support from anti-Islam and anti-Muslims regional forces to destabilize the security and peace of Islamic countries, particularly the security and stability of the lands of the two holy mosques.
