Bangkok, Dhu-AlHijjah 19, 1437, Sep 20, 2016, SPA -- The death toll from a ferry accident in central Thailand has risen to 27 after a 3-year-old boy was found dead in the river, dpa cited officials as saying. Marine police were Tuesday salvaging the wreck and hoping to find the remaining two missing people. The accident took place on Sunday when the crowded passenger boat carrying more than 100 people collided with a concrete pillar in the Chao Phraya river in Ayutthaya province, 67 kilometres north of Bangkok.
