Riyadh, Shawwal 1, 1436, Jul 17, 2015, SPA -- President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi of the Republic of Yemen issued today a decree appointing Brigadier General Abdulrahim Ahmed Salem Atiq as a Commander of the Second Military Region in the city of Mukalla, capital of Hadramout governorate in southeastern Yemen.
