Riyadh, Sha'ban 07, 1436, May 25, 2015, SPA --During three sessions held in the capital Riyadh, the Fifth International Gulf Forum and Exhibit on Environment and Sustainable Development discussed at its first day, the promotion of sustainable use of natural resources, enhancing culture of sustainability, effective management of resources at the local and regional levels. The sessions also dealt with the pressure, influence factors to preserve the resources, the role of the regulatory and legal frameworks to change the course of development sustainable to preserve the environment, they also reviewed reducing bad practices on the environment, promoting sustainability culture and put environmental conservation as a means for future prosperity at the local, regional and international levels, experts reviewed the strengthening of planning process to environmental management at the level of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The sessions discussed the medical and industrial waste management as well as recycling them for beneficial use.
