Riyadh, Rajab 10, 1436, Apr 29, 2015, SPA -- Dr. Azzam bin Mohammed Al-Dakhil, Minister of Education, and the Djibouti Minister of National Education and Vocational Training signed here today a scientific and educational cooperation agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Djibouti.
