Kuwait, Jumada II 11, 1436, March 31, 2015, SPA -- Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, inaugurated here today the Third International Donors Conference to Support the Humanitarian Situation in Syria with participation of delegations from 78 countries from around the world, along with more than 40 international agencies and organizations. The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Conference was headed by Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf.
