Sharm el Sheikh, Jumada II 9, 1436, Mar 29, 2015, SPA -- The representative of Sultan Qaboos bin Said of Sultanate of Oman, Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tariq Al Said delivered a speech in which he expressed hope that this meeting among brothers would yield positive results in the field of joint Arab action in order to achieve security, stability and prosperity of the Arab peoples. He stated that the summit is being held at a time when the region is experiencing critical exceptional circumstances affected and is still affecting negatively on its security, stability and social cohesion, imposing on everyone great responsibilities in exerting more efforts to get out of this troubled situations and deal wisely with all those political, economic, security and social challenges and the region's social cohesion.
