At the outset of the meeting, the Director of Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAc) Aslan Aslanov delivered a speech in which he welcomed the members of the WNAC on convening their meeting in Baku and participating in the AzerTAc's 95th Jubilee.
