ICO and IDB provide support for Ebola-stricken countries

Jeddah, Muharram 12, 1436, November 05, 2014, SPA -- The two Jeddah-based Islamic Cooperation Organization (ICO) and the Islamic Development Bank group (IDB) announced here today that they are providing urgent financial assistance to Ebola-hit countries, including corporate materials, equipment and appliances in addition to relevant health personnel. Guinea will be paid $45 million worth of necessary assistance in the two agreements signed by IDB President Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali and the west African country's ambassador to the Kingdom Mohammed Shareef.
