Kuwait, Sha'ban 24, 1437, May 31, 2016, SPA -- UN Special envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed on Monday expressed concerns about violations of cessation of hostilities in Yemen, stressing that these violations are unacceptable because of their serious impact on various key sectors in the country. "Stabilizing the situation is a fundamental demand of the Yemeni people," the UN Special envoy said in a statement after bilateral meetings he held with Yemeni delegations participating in the ongoing peace consultations in Kuwait.
