Cairo, July 17, 2019, SPA -- Minister of Media Turki bin Abdullah Al-Shabanah, who is the President of the 50th Session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Media honored at a special ceremony here today winners of the fourth Arab Media Excellence Award under the theme "Al-Quds in the Eyes of the Media" in the presence of the Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
