Manama, March 31, 2019, SPA -- The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the attempted assassination of First Vice-President of Afghanistan, Abdul Rashid Dostum. One of Dostum’s bodyguards was killed and two others were wounded. The Foreign Affairs Ministry expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims. It affirms the solidarity of Bahrain with Afghanistan against all forms of violence and terrorism and vows support of whatever would preserve Afghanistan’s security and peace.
