Beirut, Mar 22, 2019, SPA -- Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Waleed bin Abdullah Bukhari celebrated the World Down Syndrome Day here today under the motto: Don't let anyone Behind, in the presence of an array of Arab and foreign diplomats, politicians, economists, media men and others.
