India and Pakistan agree to open a cross border point

Islamabad, Mar 14, 2019, SPA -- India and Pakistan agreed to accelerate steps to open a new border point at Kart Abor, a sign of further normalizing the tense situation between the two South Asian neighbors, it was reported here today.
