Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers said in their editorials that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will essentially consider the economic development in the upcoming phase. The newspapers referred to the reception of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to senior officials from the finance sector, and the discussion of their roles in achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that the announcement of the Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika his reluctance to run for a fifth term will not end the crisis in Algeria. The newspaper explained that huge crowds rejected the declaration of non-candidacy, considering it an extension of the fourth mandate.
