Arab Interior Ministers Council to Hold Its 36th Session in Tunis Tomorrow

Tunis, March 02, 2019, SPA -- The Council of Arab Ministers of the Interior will hold its 36th session in the presence of ministers of interior of the Arab States, senior security delegations, representatives of the following bodies; the Arab League, the Arab Maghreb Union, the GCC, the Arab Red Cross and Red Crescent Organization, the Interpol, the International Civil Defense Organization, the UN Office for Counter-Terrorism, the Counter-Terrorism Project for the Middle East and North Africa. The session, which will be held under the patronage of President Béji Caid Essebsi of Tunisia, will discuss a number of important topics on the agenda, including the report of the Secretary-General of the Council on the action of the Secretariat between the 35th and 36th sessions of the Council and the report of the Rector of the Naif Arab University for Security Sciences on the action of the Arab League between the 35ht and 36th sessions of the Council and the strategic plan to combat terrorism and extremism. --SPA 15:04 LOCAL TIME 12:04 GMT 0010 www.spa.gov.sa/w846412
