Dhahran, 14 December 2018 SPA -- Saudi Aramco signed here today a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raytheon, through its local company, Saudi Arabia's Raytheon Company, to establish a new company owned by the two parties to develop and deliver the best cybersecurity services, in the Kingdom and the Middle East and North Africa region. The new cybersecurity company is expected to provide marketing and security services for integrated defense cybersecurity products, as well as R & D activities.
