Dr. Al-Rabiah : postponement of separation of Saudi Siamese twins

Riyadh, 17 Muharram,1440 AH, 27 September,2018 , SPA -- The medical and surgical team has decided to postpone the separation of Saudi Siamese twins, Sheikha and Shomukh, which was scheduled for Thursday at King Abdullah Specialist Hospital for Children in King Abdulaziz Medical City in Health Affairs at the Ministry of the National Guard, due to a health symptom, high temperature and signs of inflammation. Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Advisor- Royal Court, Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center(KSrelief), the head of the medical and surgical team said that the twins are four months old, connected to the lower abdomen and pelvis area, and shared lower of the digestive system, as well as reproductive and urinary systems.
