Ambassador Dr. Al-Wasel further said, the Coalition for the Support of Legitimacy in Yemen affirms its full commitment to all provisions of the international humanitarian law. In this regard, the Coalition has developed a number of mechanisms and measures aimed at dealing quickly and transparently with mistakes that may arise during military operations, including the formation of the joint team to assess incidents as an independent team that would check all allegations on military operations in Yemen, issue the results and announce them and then refer each charge to complete accountability procedures and impose penalty according to the prevailed principles of justice. The Coalition's forces established a Joint Fund to present voluntary aid when proofed any mistakes may arise due to military operations that result in unintended damage and recently, the disbursement of voluntary assistance to a number of cases submitted to the Fund was made through the legitimate government of Yemen. He concluded the Kingdom's speech by saying, the report stated that the experts had investigated some incidents only, which contravened the Human Rights Council's resolution, as it never stated that the "investigation" is part of the Group's mandate with the Kingdom's support for independence in principle, yet the report's title described the experts as "Independent" and this also has never included in the Council's resolution, questioning it is strange that three people who visited two cities in Yemen only for five or six days were able to identify those responsible for the violations, although what is required of them in accordance with the resolution is to check all the violations that have been committed since September 2014. --SPA 14:03 LOCAL TIME 11:03 GMT 0016 www.spa.gov.sa/w756024
