KSRelief Highlights UN Confirmation of Saudi Arabia Tops Donor States in Yemen

Riyadh, Shawwal 24, 1439, July 08, 2018, SPA -- King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief) held here today a press conference, presenting a briefing on the center's programs and achievements. The Center's spokesman Dr. Samer Al-Jatili said that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia tops Donor States to the Humanitarian work in Yemen as reported by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). Dr. Al-Jatili said that the Kingdom's total funding to Yemen, since May 2015 up to date, is $ 11,15 billion, mentioning that the clusters to which donations were allocated are food security and agriculture, health, water, nutrition, shelter/NFIs/CCCM, refugees and migrants, protection, EECR, dducation, logistics, coordination and safety, ETC, multiple clusters and not yet specified clusters.
