Riyadh, Sha'ban 6, 1439, Apr 22, 2018, SPA -- Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), condemned today a suicide attack that took place at an election center in Kabul which resulted in the killing and wounding a big number of innocent civilians. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the GCC Secretary General affirmed that this terrorist crime is against all values and principles of humanity and morality, stressing the importance of the concerted efforts the international community is exerting with the government of Afghanistan to combat and eradicate terrorism.
