Riyadh, Rajab 10, 1439, Mar 27, 2018, SPA -- Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh received here today Sheikh Dr. Mahmoud Deco, Head of the Islamic Council of the Republic of Mali and the accompanying delegation, currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the outset of the meeting, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance pointed out to the depth of the historical relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Mali. He lauded the current cooperation between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance of the Kingdom and the Islamic Council of Mali. For his part, Dr. Deco expressed his happiness of his visit to the Kingdom, citing that they discussed issues of mutual interest to enhance the friendly relations between the two countries. On behalf of Islamic Council of the Republic of Mali and the people of Mali, he also strongly condemned the criminal and hostile act carried out by Houthi Militias against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He also expressed thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for supporting Islam and Muslims.
