Riyadh, Oct. 28, 2019, SPA -- Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawa and Guidance, and Sheikh Boyar Sabahio, the President of the Islamic Presidency of Albania, had talks here today and signed a memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation in the fields of Islamic action.
