NEW YORK, Rajab 09, 1439, March 26, 2018, SPA -- Kuwait Permanent Representative to the UN Mansour Al-Otaibi condemned on Monday the dangerous escalation in Saudi Arabia last night, when Houthi militias fired missiles from Yemeni territories against Saudi cities. Al-Otaibi made the remarks in a statement at a Security Council session, which was discussing the Middle East and the Palestinian case. Al-Otaibi said, "Kuwait strongly condemns such attacks on Saudi Arabia, which represent a clear violation to international law and to Security Council resolutions."
