He added, "The war in Yemen is not a war of the choice of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is not a war of our choice, but it was imposed on us." Minister Al-Jubeir pointed out that Houthis have looted more than 4 billion dollars from the central banks in Yemen and they are working on smuggling and controlling telecommunications companies in order to finance their war. On Houthi militias' non-seriousness in dialogue, he said that more than 70 meetings were held, but Houthis were indifferent to them, stressing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has no ambitions in Yemen, but it is the largest provider of humanitarian assistance in Yemen. As for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's vision, Minister Al-Jubeir said, "Most of the Saudi society are youths, under the age of 30, and a large number of them have gone to study in different places in the world, starting from Japan to the United States of America in various disciplines. Our role as a government lies in assisting them to achieve their endeavors and ambitions. This matter can be achieved if we are engaged in diversifying our economy away from oil, and to achieve our vision, we must enjoy transparency and efficiency. And this is an integral part of the Kingdom's vision 2030, which includes the restructuring of most government institutions to cope with the challenges of this stage.
