Amman, Jumada I 7, 1439, Jan 24, 2018, SPA -- The Jordanian government, on Wednesday, condemned yesterday's terrorist bombing in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi, which killed 34 people and injured dozens after two cars went off in front of a city mosque, according to the latest official death toll. Jordanian State Minister for Media Affairs and Official Government Spokesman Mohammad Al-Momani said that the Jordanian government condemns and rejects such acts of terrorism aimed at fueling violence among the Libyan people and obstructing any international effort to stabilize the country. He denounced as "horrific" this terrorist attack on a place of worship and targeting innocent worshipers, reiterating Jordan's call for joint regional and international efforts to eradicate terrorism.
