Riyadh, Dhul-Hijjah 28, 1438 H., Sep 19, 2017, SPA-- The Ministry of Culture and Information will organize a special ceremony to mark the National Day 87th anniversary on Saturday evening, 23 September 2017 for two days. During the ceremony, a number of events will be held at King Fahd Cultural Center in Riyadh.
