Riyadh, Dhu-AlQa'dah 26, 1436,September 10, 2015,SPA --The Ministry of Culture and Information represented by the Agency for Cultural Affairs celebrated the World Literacy Day in Suweedy Public Library in the presence of the Ministry's Undersecretary for Cultural Affairs, Dr. Nasser Bin Saleh Al-Hejailan and General Supervisor of the General Directorate of Libraries Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Kanani. The ceremony started by a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran.
