Cairo, Dhu-AlHijjah 22, 1438, September 13, 2017, SPA -- The Ministerial Council of the Arab League has decided to form an open ministerial group with the participation of Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit to face the Israeli plans in the African continent, including a summit between a number of African countries and Israel in the Republic of Togo. This came at the conclusion of the 148th Session of the Arab League Council at the level of the Arab Foreign Ministers and their representatives held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League.
