Cairo, Rabi'I 16, 1438, Dec 15, 2016, SPA -- The 36th ordinary session of the Arab Social Affairs Ministers Council is kicked off under chairmanship of Tunisian Minister of Social Affairs Mohammed Al-Trabolsi. Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Ghafis, Saudi minister of social affairs, led the Kingdom's delegation to the meeting.
