During her address to the UN Security Council today the Yemeni file, she said that "there is an urgent need for a cessation of hostilities by al-Huthi militias and deposed Salih and that the United States has condemned in the strongest terms the targeting by those belonging to al-Huthi militia and deposed the of Makkah last week."
