The Council also decided: First, amendment of Article (Third) of the rules regulating billboard advertising, issued by the Royal Decree No. (M / 35) dated 28/12/1412 H, to be as follows: Advertisement billboard fees shall be charged according to the following order: 1 - from (200) to (600) riyals for each square meter or part of it for billboards contained in paragraphs (1), (3), (4), (5), (8), (9) and (10) of Article (first) of these rules. 2 - from (100) to (400) riyals for each square meter or part of it for billboards contained in paragraph (2) of Article (first) of these rules. 3 - If any of the billboards is electronic, the set amount for it shall be as adopted by the Prime Minister on the proposal of the Minister concerned or his equivalents. 4 - The fees contained in this article shall be calculated on the basis of a year, or part of it. 5 - The concerned minister or equivalents shall set the criteria for determining the amount of each fee according to the places and locations of the billboards.
