Tenth: The Cabinet approved promotions to 15th and 14th ranks and a post of Minister Plenipotentiary, as follows: 1- Ibrahim bin Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Juhaimi promoted to the position of Undersecretary for Municipal Affairs, at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, 15th rank. 2 - Fahd bin Rabah bin Ruwaib al-Salami promoted to the position of Assistant Undersecretary of the registration of real estate, at the Ministry of Justice, 14th rank. 3 - Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al-Rashoud promoted to the post of Director General of the Minister's Office, at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, 14th rank. 4. The following are promoted, respectively, to the post of Minister Plenipotentiary, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: - Abdul-Ilah bin Hassan bin Abdul Rahman Al Al-Sheikh. - Ziad bin Maashi bin Zoukan Attiyah. - Atallah bin Zayed bin Attallah bin Zayed. - Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Matar.
