For his part, Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Salaheddine Mezouar described the summit as historic, saying that it confirms the depth of historical relations that combine Morocco and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. He said that the Summit emphasized the unity of destiny of Morocco and the GCC countries. He said that there is a common will of the GCC leaders and Morocco to make this partnership more ambitious, expanded and diversified. The Moroccan minister thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the other leaders of the GCC countries.
