Jeddah, Rabi'I 16, 1440, Nov 24, 2018, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemned in the strongest terms the attack on the Chinese Consulate in the city of Karachi, Pakistan, and the attack in the town of Klaya in Orakzai region in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Province on the borders of Afghanistan, which resulted in the death and injury of many innocent people. The OIC Secretary General, Dr. Yousef A. Othaimeen requested the authorities in Pakistan to take all necessary measures to trace those linked to the attacks in Orakzai and in Karachi and bring them to justice .The Secretary General affirmed the OIC’s solidarity with and support for the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in its war against terrorism and extremism.
